Benefit Processing, Inc. (bpi) was established in 1981 to provide administrative services to various types of employee benefit funds in the Mid-Atlantic. Our staff is committed to the needs of Trustees, Advisors, and, most importantly, the Participants we serve. With an office conveniently located in Cherry Hill, NJ, Benefit Processing is well-suited to meet the needs of your participants where they work and live.
Our Founder, President and Administrator, Patrick M. O’Hara, began his career in Fund Administration in 1965. He is past president and founding member of the Delaware Valley Administrators Council and Eastern Pennsylvania Administrators Association, and currently serves on the Executive Board of Delaware Valley Health Care Coalition, by far the largest Taft-Hartley Coalition in the United States. Our Executive Vice President and Administrator, Brian P. O’Hara, has worked with multi-employer plans since 1991. Brian has earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist certification, CEBS®, and has completed the Administrators Masters Program through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Our professional team has decades of experience in benefit administration. Each bpi client is assigned an Administrative Director to service the Trustees and Fund Professionals, attend meetings and oversee the day-to-day customer service provided to your participants.
bpi has the experience and flexibility to offer custom solutions to your plan administration needs. While many TPAs offer “cookie-cutter” products, we strive to provide customized products and services that help you fulfill your responsibilities to your participants.
